It is truly hard this raw food life style, but I am still working on it. I went to Jamaica to visit my mom and they were all like you’re too skinny you need to eat and they did feed me how can i say no to a nurturing mom that wants to give. Now that I am back I am working on incorporating more living raw food each day until I am full on, whenever I eat something that I am not suppose to I tell myself that I am
poisoning my body.
I recently had a raw foodist friend go vegan and mostly raw. I say don't beat up on yourself if you cannot go all raw. Just increase as you can and find the balance that works for you.

ReplyDeleteI've recently started eat 85% Raw, its so easy during the week but harder on the weekends( my hubby is a caterer and he's always cooking! I've only been doing it for a week and I've already lost 4 pounds and I feel great! So I really don't want to give it up, I want to see where it leads. I dont' want to get too skinny though. I have noticed that most people who eat 100% raw are rail thin and sort of gaunt looking? With such a healthy way of eating I don't understand the gauntness?
