Whats for dinner

My all raw lifestyle is not working for me so I have decided to take it one step at a time no red meat for me anymore at the moment. I will be cooking one of my all time fave dish tonight Salmon I so love this fish and health facts aside it just taste super yummy. I have salmon steaks season and ready to be steamed when I get home today.

Raw Food

It is truly hard this raw food life style, but I am still working on it. I went to Jamaica to visit my mom and they were all like you’re too skinny you need to eat and they did feed me how can i say no to a nurturing mom that wants to give. Now that I am back I am working on incorporating more living raw food each day until I am full on, whenever I eat something that I am not suppose to I tell myself that I am poisoning my body.

Moonstone

It is said to promote ease in pregnancy and childbirth, to relieve the symptoms of pre-menstrual stress and change of life and to eliminate insomnia (an ancient remedy). Moonstone is one of the birthstones for June, symbolizing health and longevity and is Monday's gemstone.
